Dr. Monica Udaykumar received her bachelors in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour at McMaster University in Canada. She then received her doctorate in Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the National Optometric Association. She has completed advanced training in specialty contact lenses including: gas-permeable lenses, scleral lenses (for extreme dry eyes and Keratoconus), hybrid lenses (for Keratoconus) and finally orthokeratology lenses (for myopia control in children).  She is continuously learning and updating her knowledge in the hopes of helping more patients. In her free time she likes going to the gym, likes spending time outdoors and trying new coffee shops.
