Effective today, all Bailey Nelson stores in Canada will be closed until March 29th, with opening dates re-assessed as events develop.
As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we will take every opportunity to protect the health of our team and customers.
• If you have recently purchased glasses and are waiting for them to arrive in store, our team be contacting you directly about the status of your order. We will be doing everything we can to get your glasses to you.
• Online orders will continue shipping to customers, however may experience some minor delays as our supply chain adjusts to new timelines that many businesses are experiencing.
Refunds/Returns: We are extending our return policy for current open orders to one month from the date that we re-open our retail stores. If you have questions on your order, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
